This site is an independent browser-based creative tool and is not the official model developer site. This Privacy Policy applies only to data we process on this site.

Controller

The controller for the Service is LumenNest Labs LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

What we collect

We collect the following data to run the Service:

  • Account information: email address, display name, authentication method (email and password, Google, GitHub).
  • Billing information: plan, subscription status, invoice history, and the last four digits of your payment method. Full card details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.
  • Generation data: prompts, uploaded reference images, aspect ratio, duration, style preset, job status, and output URLs associated with your account.
  • Usage and device data: browser type, device type, IP address, referrer, and high-level event logs used for analytics and abuse prevention.
  • Support correspondence: messages you send us through email or support channels.

How we use your data

We use the data above to:

  • Authenticate you and provide access to your workspace.
  • Run, monitor, and improve the generation pipeline.
  • Bill your subscription and provide receipts and invoices.
  • Detect abuse, enforce our Content Policy, and respond to legal requests.
  • Communicate transactional messages (billing, security, account actions).

We do not use your prompts or generated videos to train models, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How we store your data

  • Prompts, job metadata, and generated video URLs are stored so you can revisit your work in the Workspace.
  • Uploaded reference images and generated videos are stored on object storage (Cloudflare R2) under access-controlled paths tied to your account.
  • Account and billing data is stored in our primary database.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

Third-party processors

We rely on the following categories of processors:

  • Authentication: Better Auth with Google and GitHub OAuth providers.
  • Payments: Stripe, Creem, or PayPal depending on your chosen payment method.
  • Email: Resend, for transactional emails.
  • Infrastructure: Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2) for hosting, storage, and delivery.
  • Generation: third-party video infrastructure partners (kie.ai and underlying providers).

Each processor has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

Data retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period after closure for compliance and dispute resolution.
  • Generated videos and reference images are retained for the duration of your account unless you delete them.
  • Logs used for abuse detection and billing integrity are retained for a reasonable period and then purged.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@swayclip.com. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the site or by email.
