Refund Policy

Refund rules for our subscriptions and credit balances.

Summary

We want the checkout decision to feel low-risk. Below is the short version:

  • You can request a refund on a new subscription within a reasonable window if you have not meaningfully used the credits.
  • Credits you have already consumed on successful generations are non-refundable.
  • If a generation fails on our side, credits are automatically returned to your account.
  • If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before disputing with your bank — we will almost always resolve it faster.

New subscription refunds

For new monthly or annual subscriptions, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 10 percent of the plan's credits for that period. Email support@swayclip.com and include your account email and the invoice you want refunded.

Plan upgrades and renewal periods are not treated as "new subscriptions" and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Consumed credits are non-refundable

Credits spent on successful generation jobs are not refundable, even if you are not satisfied with the creative result. The cost of running third-party video models is incurred at generation time, so we cannot recover that cost on your behalf.

Failed jobs

If a job fails because of our infrastructure or the upstream video provider, the credits for that job are returned to your account automatically. If you see a failed job where the credits were not refunded, contact support with the job ID and we will correct it.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, a double charge, a wrong plan, or a subscription you thought you cancelled — email support@swayclip.com with your account email and invoice details. We typically resolve billing errors within a few business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks consume time we would rather spend improving the product, and we can usually resolve refund requests faster and more flexibly through direct support.

Accounts with chargebacks filed without first contacting support may be suspended pending review.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancelled plans remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made. Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund of the current period.
