Terms governing your use of our independent browser-based AI video generation workspace.

Independent site notice

This site is an independent browser-based creative tool and is not the official model developer site. We are a separate product that provides a creator-friendly workflow for AI video generation. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of official affiliation with, or endorsement by, any underlying model developer.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this site (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions, credits, and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
  • Credits are consumed when you submit a generation job. Failed jobs return credits automatically.
  • Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Create sexual content involving minors, or other content prohibited by our Content Policy.
  • Impersonate real people without authorization, create non-consensual deepfakes, or defame others.
  • Interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Your content and generated outputs

  • You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you upload, subject to any third-party rights those inputs may carry.
  • On paid plans (Starter, Creator, and Pro), you own the generated outputs you create within the limits of these Terms and our Content Policy.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and reference images do not infringe third-party rights (including brand, likeness, trademark, or copyright).
  • Free plan outputs are watermarked and intended for personal experimentation only. See the Commercial Use page for the full boundary.

Service availability and third-party infrastructure

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generation results will meet your expectations.
  • Generation is powered by third-party video infrastructure partners. Outages, rate limits, or changes on the upstream provider side may affect your jobs.
  • We may add, change, remove, or limit features at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this site and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the site or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
